  • Our expansive show field is equipped with a diverse array of amenities designed to meet the needs of our dealers. These amenities comprise a comfortable motel for convenient accommodation, a picturesque campground for those desiring an immersive outdoor experience, private bathhouses and shower facilities for added comfort, generous parking space for easy access, on-site ATM machines for financial convenience, and an assortment of booth options, including three covered pavilions, ideal for showcasing vendor goods in shade.

  • Setup usually takes place 1-3 days before the show, depending on its size. Breakdown happens after the show ends, following a similar timeframe. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any specific concerns or preferences you may have.

  • Secure gated area with 24-hour onsite security personnel.

  • NEMAS is the heart of the Brimfield Antique Flea Market. Central location, along with shaded pavilions, and food court, our show field receives high volume of foot traffic.

  • We offer on-site parking to allow easy access to your booth.

  • Rain or shine, the show takes place. Tented spaces and covered pavilions are available.

  • Under the management of New England Motel Antique Show, the exhibitor agrees that we will save New England Motel Antique Show, and its agent harmless and free from all damages or other liabilities occasioned by an act of omission, neglect, or wrong doing of the exhibitor, his employees, agents or representatives. The exhibitor shall, at his own expends and cost, defend and protect the management of this event against any and all such claims and demands. New England Motel Antiques Shows, and its agents are held harmless and free from all damages for any act, natural or otherwise, or any act of God, occurring at New England Motel Antique Show. In case of fire, or for any other reason of New England Motel & Antique Shows. Inc., is destroyed during or After the show period, the exhibitor waives any claim for damages or compensation which might arise by reason thereof. Additionally, our policy regarding refunds is as follows: With a notice of 30 days or more prior to the show, half of your payment will be refunded or applied to the next scheduled show at New England Motel Antique Show.
